in College at UNLV/Nevada State College. At present, he is working with
Mojave Financial Partners which is a commercial mortgage broker /
Private lender. His role in the company involves facilitating the
funding of commercial loans funded by private investors. These loans are
further used to fix and flip residential and commercial properties as
well as the construction or development of real estate.
In his
career span, Bryan Grantham has helped fund more than $500 Million worth
of commercial private loans. He works diligently with many investors,
mortgage agents, and real estate professionals to fund their short term
loans. He also holds many years of experience working in the field of
Architecture and construction.
When not busy with professional
commitments, Bryan Grantham likes to spend time with his family that
includes his wife, two children, 6 year old son and a 9 year old
daughter. Some of his hobbies are playing golf and basketball, watching
sports, travelling, going to the beach, and exercising. He is a
benevolent gentleman who donates 10% or more of his income to his
church. Besides that, he donates to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation
of America every year.
